International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation

The International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR) is a voluntary international group of cosmetics regulatory authorities from Brazil, Canada, Chinese Taipei, the European Union, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States who meet on an annual basis to discuss cosmetics safety and regulation, as well as enter into a constructive dialogue with relevant cosmetics industry trade associations.
